Information about punctuality, contraindications and our satisfaction guarantee.
Bookings are made through Siam Bookings. The selected time remains pending until the deposit or booking fee is paid within the stated deadline. If payment is not completed in time, the slot may be released.
Before payment, the customer is shown the treatment, date, time, total price, amount due online and any balance payable at the centre.
Once payment is confirmed, the booking cannot be voluntarily cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable. The customer may change the appointment date and time, subject to availability, using the booking-management link or by contacting the centre.
Please arrive on time. A delay may shorten the treatment so later appointments are not affected. A delay exceeding 30 minutes may lead to the appointment being cancelled. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including any remedy that applies if the centre does not provide the contracted service.
Massage is a wellbeing service and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Tell the centre before the appointment about any relevant condition so it can assess whether the treatment should be adapted or declined. Avoid sending unnecessary medical information by email or WhatsApp; call the centre if the information is sensitive.
If the massage does not meet your expectations, you may stop the service during the first 15 minutes without an additional charge, in line with the centre's stated satisfaction policy.
Any statutory consumer rights—including withdrawal rights where legally applicable to a distance contract—remain unaffected. If a customer asks for a service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, the centre may request the legally required express request and acknowledgement.
