The website is currently informational and does not create bookings or take payments. An appointment is confirmed only when the centre expressly confirms the date, time, treatment, duration, price and any applicable deposit or cancellation conditions by telephone or WhatsApp.
Before making any payment, the customer will be told the amount, purpose, payment method and applicable cancellation or refund conditions.
Please tell the centre as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. The specific consequences of cancellation or non-attendance, including any deposit conditions, must be communicated before confirmation.
Please arrive on time. A delay may shorten the treatment so later appointments are not affected. A delay exceeding 30 minutes may lead to cancellation; any charge or loss of a deposit will apply only under the conditions communicated when the appointment was confirmed.
Massage is a wellbeing service and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Tell the centre before the appointment about any relevant condition so it can assess whether the treatment should be adapted or declined. Avoid sending unnecessary medical information by email or WhatsApp; call the centre if the information is sensitive.
If the massage does not meet your expectations, you may stop the service during the first 15 minutes without an additional charge, in line with the centre's stated satisfaction policy.
Any statutory consumer rights—including withdrawal rights where legally applicable to a distance contract—remain unaffected. If a customer asks for a service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, the centre may request the legally required express request and acknowledgement.
